13 Time-Saving Cleaning Tips From The Housekeeping Pros

Just imagine you had a hectic day at office and you finally reach home after that , and its all messy and unorganized. At that time you'll get even more stressed just by looking at that messy house. All that you'll want to do is just to throw away everything and clean it as soon as possible.

If you are a busy individual then cleaning your house everyday for hours is not really easy for you. So here are 13 time saving cleaning tips from the housekeeping experts to take you house cleaning game to a whole next level:-

1) Start from decluttering

The first step of cleaning is to remove all the heavy items and keep them on their original place to make your house look a bit organised than before. These heavy articles make your house look even more cluttered.

2) Recycle your discarded toothbrushes

You must already be aware of this hack. Of course our hands and fingers cannot reach everywhere and this is where those old toothbrush come to our rescue and help us to remove those hidden stains.

3) Microfiber is the best

Either buy them from supermarkets or just save some pennies and reuse your old and discarded 100% cotton clothes.

4) Do the Bathrooms at last

Experts say that doing your bathroom first can increase the chances of cross contamination. So better be safe then sorry and leave your bathroom for last.

5) Use cleaners to remove tough stains

Use cleaning liquids that are available readily in the market or just squeeze a lemon and rub those stains. You can also use some baking soda or vinegar to remove them. These are the methods that i came to know from one of the best housekeeping services in lucknow.

6) Dust those drapes

Use a vaccum cleaner or just take a towel and hit those drapes this way all the dust will fall on the floor, now just take a broom and clean it.

7) Vaccum first, mop later

Just like you sweep your floor before mopping it, you can replace that sweeping process by just using a vaccum cleaner, this will make you cleaning task a lot faster.

8) Change the way you vaccum your house

Firstly vaccum the centre of your room and then vaccum it again while leaving the room to clean it again for that dust free floor.

9) Dust off the Electronics too

Just take a cloth, turn off all the electronic appliances and then dust them off. If needed, then dampen a cloth in a solution of distilled water mixed with vinegar in equal amount and wipe it off.

10)Clean the cleaner(showerhead) too

Not cleaning your showerhead can block the holes in your shower and this can cut the flow of water. Use a shampoo to clean that or use some baking soda or vinegar , fill that in a plastic bag and then tie it to your showerhead, leave it for one hour and then wash it off.

11) Watch the bedsheet tags to stop putting it wrong ever again

Putting the bedsheet once and then realising that it must've been the other way round is the most frustrating situation for me but once you start looking at those tags and know that those tags belong to the bottom, you'll stop making that mistake ever again, that's what i do ever since I got to know about this from worker of a housekeeping company in Noida.

12) Keep the things organized

Make a separate place for everything, use holders, baskets, etc to keep everything in place.

13) Use room Freshers

Use room freshers to give your house a fresh and refreshing smell.
